Packaging:

• All items are shipped in a sturdy bubble envelope.
• Floss is sealed into a zip-lock bag before being put into the envelope. In the event the envelope is torn during shipping, the extra packaging will help keep the floss clean and together.
• Art reproductions are placed between two pieces of foamcore, which is then secured on each edge. In the event the envelope is damaged during transit, the foamcore will provide extra protection from damage and bending.
• Charts are packaged in loose leaf format. Each chart is placed in a plastic page protector, then a plastic bag before going into the envelope.
• Items lost in transit are not replaced unless the order has been insured.

Payment Options:

• Payments are processed by my secure processor, PayPal. I can accept most major credit cards as well as e-cheques. With e-cheques there is usually a 10-day waiting period for clearing, then your order is shipped.
• Pricing is in U.S. funds. I will accept payment in the form of Canadian or U.S funds. If paying in Canadian funds, the conversion can usually be made at PayPal by selecting this option before completing payment.
• Don't have an account with PayPal? That is no problem. You do not have to have an open account with PayPal in order to make payment by credit card. PayPal will send instructions with your invoice on how to complete payment with a credit card.
• Rather pay by cheque or money order? I do accept personal cheques as well as money orders from Canada and the United States. There will be a delay of 10 days when processing a cheque before your items are shipped.

Order Processing/Refunds

• Clearance items are processed on a first-come-first serve basis. If a certain item is out-of-stock, I will notify you to see if there is an item that can be substituted or if you would like a refund.
• Once payment is cleared, your order will be packaged and shipped. If I have a valid e-mail, I will send a shipping confirmation that the order has been sent. It is greatly appreciated if you can send back a note to let me know the package arrived and if it was in good condition.
• Refunds (minus shipping and handling) will be made if the item is returned in saleable condition. In the event an item is damaged, I will replace the item or issue a refund for the price of the item.
